All very nice people in the team to speak to. In terms of selling the house however they often turned up late to viewings, little enthusiasm when selling, no personal touch or questions about us as sellers to use it felt like it was just another box of bricks. When coming to do a viewing they didn't know about what was happening with offers and kept asking us if there had been any when they should know as the estate agent! Our house wasn't anything special but also was in good state, we had 30 viewings so alot of interest but then when they came to view only 2 offers in total. Little feedback on any suggestions to change or improve the selling potential. It's also a long contract 20 weeks plus 28days notice so just make sure you read that before signing. Before appointing an estate agent I checked the local market and Xact appeared to be the most active. They maintained contact with us during the very supressed 2023/early 2024 market and followed up quickly on the viewings we've had and the offer we've now accepted.... Read more

I cannot recommend this agent enough. They did a great job of selling my home and acted swiftly in keeping the solicitors on task. They had excellent communication throughout and did so much more than just being an estate agent. I would highly recommend them.... Read more

We viewed a house with xact and loved it. We were excited but needed the answers to two questions which was which part of the garden (exactly) was leased by the council and wanted to know about the stream flood risks at the bottom of the garden (as there was a report done). The man showing me round didn’t know so I called and asked these questions but no one got back to me. I then called again and was told I would be emailed the flooding risk document but couldn’t answer the boundary question but said they would call again once they know. They then called but it was only if I wanted to offer. I said I was really interested but obviously needed those answers as would anyone. They said they would call back but no call was returned. A week later the house was sstc when I checked back on it! Not good service... Read more
