STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! The worst letting agency ever! The agency has ripped off our money to the max, unjustly. The agency was supposed to repair the boiler in our house, because we are the owner. Not only did they not repair it at all, but they charged us almost £600 for it! They also charged us too much money for other repairs in the property. While we no longer want to have anything to do with the agency, they constantly email us with various lies, blackmail, etc. because they can't accept that we no longer want to work with this agency! They also won't leave the ex-tenant alone and constantly send him threats about money, etc.! I would not recommend this agency to anyone!

My initial introduction to My Move was via Daniel Robinson who gave me a great deal of reassurance which was why I went with this company, once my property was on the market I was amazed to confirm that it was sold with in 11 days and from the I was kept up to date throughout by Alana, Louise as well as Daniel who tried through out the whole process to constantly assist the girls with trying to help the process. We used Your Move Blaby to sell our house after an amazing quick sell experience for my Mother In Law.
The selling journey started off so well, your move sold our house with 2 weeks of hitting the market.
Kate looked after our profile so well and ensuring we were communicated at all steps.
Then our experience changed to not a great one.
Our sale took nearly 9 months to complete, Kate left but no one told us, it was communicated to us by the estate agent agent above us, we were not impressed by this.
Your move hardly touched base with communication to check anyone in the chain under the 2 of their branches were ok.
we ended setting up a WhatsApp group with our buyer, if we hadn't have done this we would have ended pulling our house off the market.
The chain got to the verge of collapsing as the first time buyer was going to pull out if the sale wasn't completed by a deadline date.
We found out neither Blaby or Leicester your move branch had reached out to the bottom of the chain to help keep the chain going, and found out the solicitor and Estate agent at the top was unaware of the threat of collapse.
Your move claimed they had tried to reach the top estate agent multiple times, I ended up finding her details and ringing her myself, had to leave a voice message and she called me back within the hour. She advised she had no missed calls from your move.
We had only ever brought a house, never brought and sold, so didn't know the process. No one guided us about contract packs or anything from your move.
When it came to complete, no one reached out to explain the completion day process of keys, and movement of money and confirmation of sale etc.
We found out a couple of days before the move that the first time buyer hadn't even paid their deposit to the solicitor, your move Leicester or Blaby hadn't checked any of this with the solicitor or the first time buyer, as our Solicitor did not want to complete and exchange on the same day due to the risks and stress involved, in the end this was forced upon us, as relevant solicitors were off.
Moving day.... After a phone call from our solicitor around 11am, we were advised she still hadn't heard anything from Wilsons solicitors, nor had she received our funds.
Turns out the first time buyer only paid their deposit to the solicitors at the bottom at 11am on moving day, despite being told by the Leicester branch they had done it Friday. This caused the whole chain to experience issues, and at one point our solicitor advised it didn't look like the move was going to happen due to the bank checks and time scales of releasing the funds up the chain.
We were in tears, hubby drove down to your move Blaby and gave both the girls a mouthful about lack of communication & diligence checks not being done, after that things seemed to start accelerating a bit. The completion of the chain was only down to our solicitor and her actions otherwise the move wouldn't have happened.
We ended up getting our keys at 4:50pm, so we were incurred late key fees from our removal company. Not a great experience.
DO NOT USE WILSONS solicitors in Nuneaton that Your Move recommend.

Absolutely terrible estate agents. Me and my daughter are both homeless we knew of a flat becoming available in Whetstone so we went into the estate agents to enquire about it we were told that we would be the first to have a viewing when it became available and when it did my daughter asked for a viewing only to be told they were fully booked and had no chance of a viewing we had the full deposit ready and still told we weren’t able to view it. I would not recommend this estate agent to anybody

The Vendor did use Your Move's in-house solicitor who I found a little frustrating at times, but we were aiming for a 5-week exchange (!) so it was very demanding...and they did come through at the end.

Really happy with your move and the team … my house was valued and up for sale within 24 hours and then sold within 2 weeks!! Really happy! … The only thing I would suggest is to use a different solicitor to Willsons as they let the experience down really due to slow progress and communication (for my purchase) but overall I cannot fault the team at your move and the solicitors on the sale of my old house! Unusual review this one! We were NOT their clients and at all times the team acted in the best interests of their clients. However, in repect of this sale and purchase Gemma Hewitt was confronted with over 6 months of unexpected twists and turns....with the 'deal' falling thro, back on again and falling thro again and luckily for us when the sale was back on again.......she rang us and after a further 4 mths of waiting wondering and uncertain communications from people below in our chain, Gemma worked hard to keep everyone in the chain 'on their toes' We finally moved last week. Gemma is part of a proper team and at some time or other we had the same help, advice and service from Karen, Alison and Reece. As i said at the beginning, we were not their clients but we were always made to feel as though we were and we have no doubt that they were very instrumental in achieving both sale and purchase due to their professionalism. We can thoroughly recommend Your Move Blaby.

TENANTS BEWARE - Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. LIARS, CHEATS, and worse, they just don't give a damn! They charged fees and lied about the condition of property. I wonder if they ever passed on messages to the landlord so he'd know that the house needed more than just a lick of paint. They then argued about the return of deposit, delaying it by 3 months. Disgusting people!

What awful estate agents! The worst people I've ever dealt with! Not one person cares about you as a customer and then have the cheek to ask for fees, for what I don't know?! Never do any checks for safety or living conditions and then lie straight to your face with no remorse for the hell situation they put you in. For your own sake please do not use them, the hassle is just not worth it. Any other estate agents are better than these amateurs.
