Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.... Read more
