I'm really happy with this company and the way they work and communicate. In particular I would like to send my praises to Harrison in sales as he helped me a lot with my enquires on some properties. I didn't find what I was looking for but anytime there was something I might be interested in he would liaise with me. Thank you again Harrison and the team. I recently had the pleasure of using this service for finding a rental home and had the pleasure of meeting Mr William Corbett during this process. William, who is a trainee at Acorn, was an absolute star and made a very stressful process super easy and stress free for myself and family. He helped us from the very beginning, including viewing, referencing etc. We are very grateful and highly recommend William and Acorn.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Acorn, largely due to their communication and lack of professionalism.<br><br>When my sale fell through, all I received was an email, with a letter attachment that wasn’t even addressed to my name… I called them to clarify, which took at least two days to get an answer, and I was initially told that the email should have never been sent and that this wasn’t actually the case. However, they later confirmed that it was the case after all. There was constant mixed messaging, and the whole situation was just an absolute mess. I could never get through to them, and neither could my solicitors.<br><br>Whenever I tried to put my point across, I was met with defensiveness rather than a professional response.<br><br>Additionally, whenever someone handling my case was off, it felt as though my case would be forgotten about until they returned, and I would have to chase for an update myself. There was very little proactive communication.<br><br>Overall, the experience for me was just frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.

Toby did a fantastic job throughout my purchase. Although he was the vendor's estate agent, he was incredibly trustworthy, highly responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. He kept in regular contact with both solicitors, ensured everyone was kept up to date, and helped the transaction progress smoothly. I highly recommend Toby and John Payne!
