Very happy with the fantastic services I received from both Sienna and Jacob. My sale and purchase took over a year but I was being kept updated and supported throughout the process. Jacob, thanks a million for finding the right buyers for my home. You did a great job and saved me from losing my purchase property. So happy to be in the cottage at last! I’d certainly recommend Langford Russell and feel they are the best estate agents in the Orpington area. Their communication with their clients is always prompt and efficient and the sale of my house was facilitated in a personal, sensitive and tactful manner. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I cannot praise Jacob Louth for all his help, proactiveness and sheer professionalism in the sale and purchase of a new home. He really did go above and beyond.<br>He listened to our list of "wishes" when searching for a property and worked tirelessly to find somewhere to fit our criteria.<br><br>With our sale he was superb and organised an open day and made sure there was lots of viewings - he was superb.<br><br>During the Sales and Purchase process he was a fantastic conduit between the chain and all the Solicitors. The Service he gave was truly exceptional.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend him at Langord Russell for anyone thinking about moving or selling their property.<br><br>I would also like to add that Sienna Coombs was also a delight to work with during this process.<br><br>It was so refreshing to receive this high level of service from people who truly care and want the best for you in what can be a stressful process.

Max and Jack not only worked to find me an excellent property, but professionally explained the process as well.<br>They answered all my questions and basically made the process of choosing a property to rent , deciding when to move in and brokering the deal with the owners/landlords very easy indeed<br><br>Thank you guys !

For reasons beyond mine and the company’s control, this was long and frustrating sale.<br><br>The team, and in particular Godefroy, were absolute rocks. He and they went above and beyond to get this tortuous process over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank him and his several colleagues enough from different departments, who all in various ways were the ultimate professionals in, in my case, the very frustrating and complex business of selling my property.<br><br>I live a 4/hour drive away from my London property and was unable to be present when someone was required to be in attendance. Godefroy and his team stepped up for me every time.<br><br>I have no London properties left in my portfolio, but if I did I’d have no hesitation in picking up the phone and dealing with them again.<br><br>I wholeheartedly recommend them.<br><br>Anthony E<br>Lincs

Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

My experience with sales negotiator Toby Ruddle at this agents was very positive - he was very responsive and communicative, keeping me updated throughout the transaction and answering questions promptly. He also had a very good understanding of the property and local area. I would highly recommend!

After changing agents, Acorn demonstrated with ease why we should have chose them as our agents in the first place. Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

Awful experience, booked a viewing which was confirmed. When I called the morning of the viewing I was told the property was sold. If I hadn’t called we would have made a long journey for nothing. I was told this information very casually, as if it was no issue, and was promptly recommended another property to look at!
