Langford Russell have been exceptional in supporting my mum through her recent sale, and in keeping me closely informed as her move directly impacted my own chain. Throughout the entire process, their communication, professionalism and commitment have been faultless.<br><br>In particular, Sophie has gone above and beyond on countless occasions. She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. She treated my mum with patience and kindness, and she kept me updated at every stage without ever being asked. Hi Northumberland is the best branch ever I have experienced it because I was looking for 3 bed house but I was struggle to find affordable then I have visit Northumberland branch and inside I visit vicky who show me house and I visit she helped me step by step vicky is the person who helped me to get my house with my kids so I recommend 100 percent that vicky will not disappoint you she will help you with anything that you struggle she is the person who will provide you your dream house thanks a lot a lot to vicky and Northumberland branch!!!!

Amy and the team were marvellous. It took a week to find a tenant where another agency had the property for over 5 weeks.<br>Once handed to Acorn the delivery, communication and service was top tier. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking people to deal with
Watch out for the clause at the end of the contract where if they do not sell your property you have to pay for the photography and the photos are not yours

I cannot recommend Langford Russell in Sidcup highly enough. My mother's property was listed with another local agent in Sidcup for almost 2 years. They were incredibly negative about the market for retirement homes and did little or nothing to secure a sale. In desperation to sell and pay my mother's care home fees, I moved to Langford Russell where I met the tenacious Jack Power!! Jack from the outset had a very positive approach toward the sale and in weeks secured several viewings and a firm offer. He worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through by communicating regularly with myself, the buyer and respective solicitors. I am so grateful to Jack for his unwavering patience and professionalism but most of all for his determination and commitment to secure a sale. I highly recommend this estate agent, particularly Jack Power. Thank you Jack! :)

In the end Acorn Dulwich took over temporarily but managed to sell our property within a week, listen to our wishes and had great communication.
The manager from Acorn Forest Hill Nellie left and someone called Carly took over and her communication was absolutely rubbish she booked in viewings and didn't turn up.
Forest Hill Acorn needs more training with knowing how to deal with their clients.
Acorn Dulwich the gentleman name Harry gets a 10 star from us!!!

I had a great experience working with Arikson Franco at Acorn during my property purchase. Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication.
He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase.
Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. I would definitely recommend Arikson to anyone buying a property.

Sam and Toby are a brilliant team.<br><br>Having moved from another Agent who were under-performing. John Payne did a fantastic job promoting our house sale. Within days we had a host of interested buyers and ended up with an agreed sale above the asking price.<br><br>We bought our house 30 years ago from John Payne. Good to know that they are still the Best Estate Agent in Greenwich.

I really dislike and distrust all estate agents, they are slimey little liars, desperate to make a sale for their commission, it's just a fact. They overprice almost every house on the market. Also a fact.
Having said that I dealt with Will a while back, I was buying my first house and he was actually pretty decent, as far as estate agents go. Definitely gave us the sales speech, but ultimately I actually don't care, I am in my dream house.
Having been lied to and strung out for literally years by other agents, dealing with Will was a good experience, he was great with communication and explained the process of buying a house.
The most frustrating part for me is how they recommend their own solicitors/surveyors etc, as they say they can chase them and speed up the process etc, because it is companies they deal with. But I found these companies more expensive. When I chose my own through family or friends recommendations, it was definitely frowned upon and was clearly told it wasn't a good idea, it could take longer etc etc. But actually I saved money and it literally didn't take any longer at all. From putting an offer in, to my moving date it was 3 months!!! Which was helped by Will and both seller and us, the buyers, wanting the process to be fast.
We were also told the sellers survey on the house was still in date and if we wanted to hurry the process further, we could use that. We decided yo pay for a good survey to ensure our money was being well spent. The idea of just trusting a survey because it was less than two years old rang alarm bells and it blew my mind it would be suggested. But estate agents are sharks.
The day we moved in, I was emailed and asked to leave a review. Which always bugs me as I believe leaving a review should be organic and not asked of you. So I didn't bother at the time.
I was recently contacted by phone and email, asking if I had considered selling, it's not even been two years... how desperate is the housing market?!
I've dealt with every company there is in regards to buying a house and Will in particular is the only estate agent that I have ever truly liked or trusted! What he told me happened, he never actually told me what I wanted to hear, I actually felt he was quite honest. I have zero plans to ever sell my house, I plan to die in it then eventually haunt it. BUT should I ever change my mind I would deal specifically with Will.

After changing agents, Acorn demonstrated with ease why we should have chose them as our agents in the first place. Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.
