The arduous journey from putting our mums house on the market to finally exchanging contracts has incorporated her passing away and the resultant probate process . Jake , Jack and the Bromley team have been with us every step of the way , keeping us informed of prospective buyers who best fit our situation, but most importantly at the time , protecting us from superfluous angst at what has been an emotional time . The team are professional at all times , and I would happily recommend them !

Jennifer in the tenancy team was outstanding. She went above and beyond for us during a really difficult time in our personal lives, showing genuine understanding of our situation and what we needed as tenants. She didn’t just listen, she actively advocated for us, which made a huge difference.
Whenever issues came up, she was always available to talk things through and offer support. That level of care and responsiveness is rare.
It was refreshing to deal with someone who didn’t feel like a “typical” estate agent, but instead treated us like people, not just tenants.
Also worth mentioning, the Acorn and Crofton Park branches offer free children’s books, which is a lovely touch for families.
Definitely recommend Jennifer at this Acorn brunch.

The real estate agent Mr. Olatunde Ogungbadare was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning. From the very first time we met, he connected with us, wifey and myself and genuinely expressed interest in our search after narrating our past experiences. After showing us the flat, we were hesitant and wanted to view other places. However Mr. Olatunde encouraged us to look at the long term and offered us some wonderful ideas. Few days after, we decided to go ahead and started the process. Everything went smooth in the beginning till we encountered an unfortunate bump on our part due to a typo. It almost derailed everything and this is where Mr. Olatunde went the extra distance to work with us. On his day off, Mr. Olatunde offered to meet with us in his office and sorted out every detail. It was very stressful but he patiently took it upon himself to get over the bump to get us the flat. By Gods Grace, eventually everything worked out and we finally got the flat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Mr. Olatunde. We are very grateful.

My sister and I used Langford Russell to sell our late father’s house, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Oliver and Jacob were absolutely brilliant—they understood that we were grieving and showed great patience and empathy throughout the process.
They were proactive from start to finish and guided us every step of the way, helping us successfully navigate towards a sale. We had previously appointed another estate agent, but the difference in service was night and day. The first was useless, Won't name any names but they are across the street up a bit with a red and black sign that says Thomas Brown! Opps!
I would highly recommend Langford Russell for their professionalism, compassion, and proactive approach.

Romi was fantastic! A flat became available that exactly matched what my wife and I were looking for, and Romi contacted us right away to get us in for a viewing. We made an offer the same day, and she guided us through the process with the landlady, then helped us get everything arranged to move in. We are delighted with the flat, and with the excellent service we received!

I initially approached Acorn to help value my property and get some advice on whether to sell or rent. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through my options, ultimately helping me decide that renting was the right choice for me.
Davide was my main contact from the start and throughout the process. He was really friendly, approachable, and always on hand to answer any questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
Overall, the whole experience felt seamless. The team were professional, accommodating, and very easy to work with throughout. I’m really pleased I chose Acorn and I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience working with John Payne Estate Agents. Special thanks go to Bradley and Katie, who were great in keeping me informed throughout the process. Bradley did an good job of keeping me in the loop with everyone in the chain while working to secure a completion date. They were always quick to respond, and Katie consistently followed up to ensure any questions or concerns I had were addressed.
