We recently sold our property through Acres Four Oaks branch .We had quite a lot of viewings and initially sold within 10 days .We did do our own viewings as we wanted as many people as possible through the door ,although Acres will do the viewings for you if you want them to.They kept us updated with the sale and chased things up when necessary.I would recommend them .

I have recently sold a large property in Four Oaks and had 3 estate agents value it initially.<br>I felt the valuation given by Acres was fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the manager Chris and his assistant Katrina.<br>The marketing of the property was classy and used social media.<br>This generated 18 viewings in 2 weeks and resulted in a sealed bids scenario of 6 offers for best and final offer.<br>Acres were excellent in checking out the status and proof of funds behind each offer.<br>There was an office WhatsApp number that was really useful to get in touch with the agents quickly, and they were very responsive.<br>The sale completed with no hitches and would recommend Acres to anyone looking for a professional estate agent that gets the job done.

I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. BIG THANK YOU to Angela, Chris and Rob from Great Barr office ?????? From the very beginning, their service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with prompt responses to every query and regular updates at each stage of the sale.
What impressed me most was their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly. From accepting the offer to exchange and completion, the whole process took just 8 weeks, which exceeded my expectations.
The team was always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.

After making the decision to put our house on the market, Matt visited within a few days of our initial contact, discussed in detail marketing and asking price, and quickly produced detailed sales particulars with photos.<br>Following a healthy number of viewings, with prompt online feedback, we agreed an acceptable price with help & guidance from Katrina.<br>Thereafter we had limited contact with Acres, probably due to the fact that we established a good rapport with our purchasers, so we dealt with any issues directly. On the occasions we did need to liaise with Acres, the point of contact was Katie Law who was always available & helpful.

Selling our home with Acres was seamless, and good value.<br>They did everything we needed, facilitated the viewings, found a buyer in a poor market, and recommended a great conveyancer, Jacqui C from Taylor Rose<br>The photos they took of our home were great, and that definitely helped increase interest<br>I would definitely recommend Acres services, and use them again

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
