We found the Acres team professional and helpful during the sale of the property being sold after a bereavement. The fee was competitive and fixed and the only other expenditure was the Energy Certificate, carried out by a qualified member of the Acres team. The photos were excellent and rotated during the sale period, always resulting in higher views. The property also benefited from Acres close relationship with Right Move, adding to wider coverage. The whole process from start to finish took four months, about what was expected. Having a local office, which we visited quite often, was an advantage when discussing progress. Very happy with the whole team and Acres.

We used acres Walmley to see our house in the area and have been pleased with the service. I have been really impressed by branch manager Matt and Katie.
They offered us good quality advice throughout the process and their marketing meant we had lots of interest and viewings. Their advice on which offers to accept was excellent ensuring we achieved a better price but most importantly a buyer who was straightforward and to deal with.
I was particularly impressed with the after sales experience. When lawyers had me tearing my hair out I knew I was able to call Matt or Katie who would chase things up and quickly get back to me with helpful answers having jogged things along. Having recently completed on a house sale for my mother, I cannot speak highly enough of the Acres team in Walmley. Matt, the ‘Katie’s’ and Paula were friendly, supportive and helpful through a stressful time.
As I do not live local to Walmley, any special request, ie going to turn the water off when a frost appeared and removing the Board when sold for personal reasons was carried out as soon as possible. Matt was always at the end of the phone if I needed help including to contact the purchasers and get the completion realised.

I’m so glad I chose Acres Walmley to sell my mother's property. The staff were all wonderful, in different ways. Sharron Smith pitched the flat’s value realistically and reassured me of a successful outcome, Katrina Deekes accompanied me throughout the process and was always supportive and attentive. Katie Law kept my spirits buoyed in moments of doubt. Matthew Tubbs was always friendly and helpful. And Paula Dyer was invaluable when it came to nudging the sale forward and bringing it to a successful conclusion. Looking at the number of sold signs in the area, Acres certainly seems to have the edge over its competitors, and now I know why.

After having a terrible experience with Paul Carr in Walmley, we were very nervous speaking with Acres to market our property. We contacted a lady called Katie who came to see our home and worked with us to market the property on Right Move within 24 hours. Katie constantly kept us up to date on interest, viewings and feedback and notified us of several offers. During the selling process Katie was very professional and guided us through what to expect and recommended a great solicitor too.
During the last few weeks of the sale. It got very stressful as the buyer's solicitor made an error just minutes before exchange. Katie was amazing, she came to our home and explained what had happened and she was on the phone to both solicitors and the buyers financial advisor, keeping us constantly updated! Katie is not only professional but genuine and empathetic too, she put herself in our shoes and really cared about how we felt especially as we had started to move our furniture and were now living out of boxes!
I can honestly say Katie was even more proactive than the solicitors and if it wasn't for Katie we would have pulled out of the sale due to the stress alone. Katie exceeded our expectations 100 percent!! She even continued to chase people on her day off!! What an absolute legend:)
Dut to Katie's hard work, commitment and her attention to detail, she got us over the line to exchange and completion!!
I felt at times Katie was our solicitor as well as our estate agent. She has also now become our friend and we hope to connect with Katie again in 2023 to purchase our dream home.

Highly recommended establishment. Want to provide positive feedback as it's really hard to find a team of people that actually love what they do. They seem really genuine so that is extremely rare!
Spoke to Jane a few weeks back who was more than happy to go over properties within the catchment area that I was looking for and within my budget.
Katie attended the viewing of the property and went over all the details required to make an informed decision. Made a bid for for the property however lost out to someone who obviously really wanted the house.
Email comms sent out to confirm offer and correspondence with vendor with my offer. Not many estate agent operate in this way.

Recently used Acres for the purchase of our house. Although we didn't sell with them we have always found them helpful and amenable despite them not being our sole agents for selling. One staff member who stood out was Katie at Walmley. She was always polite, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to see we were kept informed with phonecalls and emails.
