They provided good and clear advice and explained the whole process really well. They obviously work very well as a team as if one person was unavailable, another would step straight in. We had a wonderful experience during our property viewing. Daisy Macnally was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. She made us feel comfortable and took the time to show us around the property while offering brilliant ideas on how we could decorate and make the space our own. Her enthusiasm, thoughtful suggestions, and approachable manner really made the viewing experience enjoyable. I had a really positive experience with Bee Cemal. She was very professional, helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the moving process. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected change in our guarantor’s circumstances, we were unable to proceed with renting the property. However, even under these circumstances, she continued to provide an exceptional level of service and treated us with understanding and respect.<br><br>Her professionalism, communication, and dedication really stood out to me. It’s refreshing to deal with people who maintain such high standards of service, even when things don’t go as planned. I truly appreciate all her help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. We had a really positive experience with Alan de Maid, from initial viewings through to completion. Thomas Kenny was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very adaptable to what we needed to happen at different points throughout the purchase and we felt supported throughout, which made it feel much less stressful!
