I emailed and called this company because I found several properties I was very interested in renting. I spoke to several members of staff and was repeatedly promised that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a return call, and in the meantime, the properties I was interested in were rented to someone else.<br><br>If this is how potential customers are treated before even signing an agreement, I can only imagine what the level of service might be like afterwards. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing.

I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

Cant leave zero stars but have to say the staff really leave a lot to be desired quite rude and disrespectful, especially Katie.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

We would absolutely recommend Shirley from Allen and Harris as a mortgage broker. She is diligent, a problem-solver and hard working. She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley!
We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.
