This review is for the Dumbarton shop since it’s closed down terrible service from the Dumbarton shop couldn’t even put up the sign and turn up for clients to see the house

Erin and Kay made the whole selling process so easy. I felt like I didn’t have to think about a thing. The office is welcoming and has a great atmosphere. My property was on the market very quickly and the viewings were all handled professionally by the team. Kay and Erin were in contact regular to update me on progress and settled any nerves I had. Thank you very much guys, 5 star service, I would recommend to everyone trying to sell a property!

I honestly can’t recommend Maisie and Mollie at Allen & Harris highly enough. Moving can be such a stressful process, but they both made everything feel so much easier from beginning to end.
A special mention has to go to Maisie, who genuinely has the patience of a saint. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things like this. I was constantly calling, emailing and asking all sorts of questions but she handled me perfectly every single time. She was always calm, reassuring, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
Both Maisie and Mollie were always friendly, approachable and happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They kept me updated throughout, answered everything quickly, and made sure I always knew what was going on.
What really stood out was how caring and supportive they both were. It never felt like I was just another client, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me.
Their professionalism, patience and communication were excellent, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you both for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one.
I would highly recommend Maisie and Mollie to anyone looking for estate agents who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely people to deal with.

I have recently purchased my new property as well as sold our flat with allen and harris and all the staff throughout have been wonderful to deal with. Im particular David who provided us with a valuation and market knowledge was great and Kay who gave me regular update calls when we were selling and kept us up to date with viewings. Overall thry made the process smooth and as stress free as possible.

Great experiences with Eleanor Raw when arranging and attending viewings. This lovely young lady is very attentive, knowledgeable and willing to help. Very professional yet easy going, answers to all my questions or offered to get back to me with things she was unsure of, and was even kind enough to make garden recommendations when asked ??????. Overall lovely experience.

I had such a positive experience with Allen and Harris. Konner and Renee were so helpful and have made the moving process so much less daunting and stressful. I had been struggling to find somewhere for a while but when I came to them they got the job done. Would 100% recommend them.

An excellent service provided by the whole team but in particular Sarah helping us achieve our dream of moving to Devon. The advice they gave us was spot on and they helped us manage what turned into a high pressure situation so we could complete and be in by Xmas.
