Had a great experience selling our home with Andrew Craig. We had a few agents come to value and we chose AC because they demonstrated a really excellent knowledge of our local area. Darren came to value and we dealt mostly with Jessica during the sales process. The team were very knowledgable, quick to get back, and excellent to work with. Thanks!

From start to finish Andrew Craig have been brilliant. Darren came out to look at my property initially and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. From the point of putting the property on the market, Andrew Craig were great. Communication was very good and all the ladies in the office were fantastic, they kept me updated every step of the way, especially Jessica who was always ready to answer my questions / queries. Thanks so much for all your help.

Used Boldon office when purchased a property. Both Alex and Julie are very approachable, friendly and helpful. Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We didn’t have the smoothest of sale (not AC fault or ours) but Julie was our negotiating agent who was patient knowledgeable and kept chipper throughout.<br>10/10 for this office

What an amazing experience with this estate agent. Communication was great from the minute I made the enquiry to the sale being completed. Everyone I dealt with was professional, communication was fantastic and regular updates meant I was kept updated. Absolutely brilliant service from Andrew Craig Estate Agents Jarrow Branch start to finish. The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made everything far less stressful than expected.
Special mention to Beth, who was fantastic throughout — always helpful, responsive, and happy to answer any questions along the way. Her support really made a difference.
