Great experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, the conveyancing process was held up by delays on the solicitor’s side, but Adam was relentless in keeping everything moving and ensuring things progressed as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond, even collecting the contract from the solicitor so it could be signed at Bagshaws, helping to speed things along.<br>Superb service throughout. I would happily recommend Adam for his knowledge, professionalism and sheer tenacity in getting things done.

I can’t recommend Bagshaws Residential in Uttoxeter enough. The entire team is professional, welcoming and efficient, but a special mention has to go to Dominika.<br>She went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was top-notch, always keeping us updated, answering every question promptly and offering clear, helpful guidance at every stage. Wouldn’t recommend at all! We brought a house through bagshaws mickolover branch! They would never answer the phone! Then when we eventually got in touch after ringing the derby branch which were brilliant and really helpful they got in touch with them to tell them to call us back! I then received a phone call of a rude man from mickolover branch who basically said unless you leave a voicemail no one will call back! Why have a phone line if no one answers! Only if there is a voicemail? Really unprofessional and wouldn’t buy an house through them again!
