I have never experienced any problems with Balgores during my four years dealing with them. They have always been extremely efficient, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication is clear and prompt, and everything is handled smoothly!
A special shoutout to Ben in particular — he has always been approachable, friendly and quick to respond. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who genuinely cares and gets things sorted without any hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments.
They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
