We had a good experience with Balgores Estate Agency. They successfully sold our house, found a buyer, and even secured one for our buyer's property too, handling the chain smoothly even though our chain was more complex than usual with staggered complete dates. Despite the initial salesperson leaving early on, the team and in particular Georgia Yexley kept us well informed throughout. The sale took nearly a year, but that was due to issues with the owner of our initial purchase choice, not Balgores. They got the job done.

I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments.
They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

I’ve been in the property industry for 40 years so when it comes to selling your own home, you know what you are looking for.
Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do.
Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time.
Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood.
I would highly recommend the Brentwood team.
Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts.
Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys ??????

The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday!
The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.
