We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.

Ricky and the team at Balgores Upminster have been professional, helpful, responsive, easy to deal with and great with communication, can't fault them. Got plenty of viewings and several offers within a short time frame.

First time I view a property with them, I meet the rudest agent (Sofia) I've ever come across.<br><br>Second time I have a viewing with them, I turn up at the property, and no one's there, called them to find out they cancelled my appointment. No email or message left to inform me.<br><br>Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won't be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.

Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!

After checking reviews I decided to use Balgores. I can only say how glad I am that I did, they have been a pleasure to work with. Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. I would like to thank Ross, Ewen, Nigel, Mary, Marie and the team so much for their help. I can only say as I have found, and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a decent and trustworthy estate agent.<br>Mr D Gregory.
