The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday!
The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

Balgores Hayes has been brilliant from start to finish.
Billy showed us round multiple viewings and organised them to fit our availability.
He was also great and responsive during the biding stage, making a stressful time go smoothly. Balgores staff were excellent in the sales progression stage, with Joe keep things moving at a pace. Highly recommend

I was recommended to Balgores Estate Agents, Wickford office by my friend Liz, and despite a hard long slog to sell my parents home I am greatful she did and I cannot fault the service that the Balgores team provided.
The sale suffered several setbacks and numerous delays, all outside the control of Balgores, but despite this the team dusted themselves off every time and renewed their efforts.
Special mention to both Ewan and Georgia for excellent communication and sheer bloody-minded perseverance getting us over the line.
For professionalism and customer service I would highly recommend Balgores.

Very helpful team especially Luke and Daniella. Managed to secure tenants quickly and efficiently. All the additional paperwork was handled well and I was informed every step of the way from initial meeting to successful letting.

Having Balgores as my letting agent has been a very pleasant experience during my time as a tenant. They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there.
Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

Ricky and the team at Balgores Upminster have been professional, helpful, responsive, easy to deal with and great with communication, can't fault them. Got plenty of viewings and several offers within a short time frame.

Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!
