It was a great experience working with Nick Grossi at Benham & Reeves. He was professional, patient, and proactive throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and ensuring everything moved forward smoothly.
He even helped with tasks that are usually handled by solicitors, or even arranging for a handy man to fix small issues, which I really appreciate it. I’ve worked with many estate agents before and honestly, this was one of the best experiences. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team at Benham & Reeves.

Had an amazing experience with B&R while renting for a few years in Nine Elms. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.

I would like to share an absolute pleasure experience with Francesca Sapiano. She was my property manager and all my issues were solved as soon as possible. She also supported me during moving out from the property and always keep contact with me. It was a pleasure to live in the apartment under the management Of Francesca????
