I have had the pleasure of working with Nick Jones at Bidwells Lettings for the past four years, and I would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking to rent a property.<br><br>When I moved to the UK over four years ago, I had no prior experience of renting a property here and was unfamiliar with how the whole process worked. From the very first time I met Nick, his professionalism, approachability, and excellent communication made everything incredibly straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Over the years, Nick has always been just a phone call away whenever we have needed anything. No matter how small or significant the issue, he has always been approachable, responsive, and genuinely keen to help. Any maintenance concerns or other matters have been dealt with promptly and efficiently by Nick and his team.<br><br>In fact, one of the main reasons we have been so happy to stay in our current rented property for all these years is the consistently excellent service and communication we have received from Nick and the team. Having someone reliable, professional, and easy to speak to makes such a difference when renting a home.<br><br>Nick is not only excellent at what he does, but also an incredibly nice person to deal with. Maxine was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was attentive, kind and always quick to respond. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address any worries I had, making everything feel easy and smooth. I truly appreciated all her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent estate agent!

We can’t recommend the personalised service from Maxine at Bidwells enough. We’d had a disappointing experience on the market with a different agent and re-marketed with Bidwells and the service was exceptional. Maxine provided excellent, fast and clear communication and made the selling process so much easier than we had experienced before. She managed to secure us an offer within two weeks of marketing the property and worked hard to ensure we completed in a timely fashion.

I have worked with **Nick Jones at Bidwells Lettings** for the last five or six years, and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough.<br><br>Nick has consistently found us excellent-quality tenants for our properties, but what really sets him apart is his level of personal service and communication. In a world where it seems increasingly difficult to actually speak to someone, Nick answers his phone. If he can’t, he calls you back — usually the same day — and whenever I need advice or help with one of our properties, he is always there.<br><br>Nothing ever seems too much trouble. He goes above and beyond, communicates exceptionally well and, most importantly, I trust his judgement. I have complete confidence in Nick to look after our interests and to find the right tenants for our properties.<br><br>Over the years, Nick has become far more than simply the person we use for lettings; I regard him as one of my trusted property advisers, and I am extremely grateful for all the help and support he has given us.<br><br>If you are a landlord looking for someone to advise you, look after your property and find quality tenants, **give Nick a call. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience with Bidwells.<br><br>I called to arrange a viewing for a property, provided all my details, and was given a confirmed date and time. The day before the viewing, I checked the property online only to find it had been removed from their website and taken off the market.<br><br>When I called to clarify, I was shocked to be told that no viewing had ever been booked for me. This level of disorganisation and poor communication is unacceptable.<br><br>Had I not double?checked myself, I would have turned up to a viewing that didn’t exist. Bidwells’ unprofessional handling of something as basic as a viewing appointment reflects poor communication and zero reliability.

Not too impressed
We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the
potential buyers. Not overly impressed.
We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.
