Overall, a positive experience with Bridges. Communication was good throughout, and the team demonstrated good local knowledge. However, the initial valuation was higher than what we ultimately achieved, and we ended up selling for considerably less than expected. A good service overall, but I feel the valuation could have been more realistic from the outset.

Melanie Williams, the sales progressor, was fantastic from start to finish. She communicated regularly, always explained where things stood and what needed to happen next, and was incredibly proactive, working with every solicitor in the chain to keep things moving.<br><br>There were several moments when it looked like everything might fall apart, but Melanie kept a cool head and made sure the chain didn’t collapse. Honestly, without her and the tremendous effort she put in, I don’t think we would have exchanged. If you’re buying or selling with Bridges, you’re in very safe hands with Melanie. Thank you!

For me personally, I had a particularly difficult situation to navigate when selling my house, to which Rob at Bridges has been absolutely wonderful throughout.<br><br>His patience and professionalism has been exceptional. He has always taken the time to keep me informed at every stage, answer my questions and make sure I felt reassured, supported and in control every step of the way.<br><br>Rob is a absolute genuine credit to Bridges, and I couldn't recommend him more highly, he is an asset to the company. They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
