I had a really positive experience with Cameron Rose from butters john bee as a letting agent. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to show me the properties, answer my questions, and provide all the information I needed to consider my options. Communication was good, and I really appreciated his time, patience, and support. I would definitely recommend Cameron Rose and BJB to anyone looking to rent a property and appreciate the excellent service provided.

We used them expecting the full Rolls Royce package. To get an open house to get the people through the door. Sold a high end package with a high end price.
Went from Rolls Royce to a Renault sharpish.
Photos weren’t loaded and had to ask for them to be loaded.
After a few weeks we had to go to the shop as the phones were going unanswered. We had not received reports of how we were doing in the market. Another unticked box.
After 12 weeks we raised a complaint as nobody reached out to us. And then promises they would do a video and do more canvassing. We had 10 people who clicked more info to book an appointment. Nobody came through the door. No viewings. No contact. We decided to pull house from market.

We dealt with Natalie tunnicliffe regarding our rented properly and how we weren't happy with some of the issues with the property. Natalie soon came out and got to see the issues in person and wasted no time getting the issues sorted. We have recently bought a house and have give notice for the rented property and Natalie again was VERY professional and helped us with the process. Natalie has been amazing ever since we had her out to the property and I cannot fault her work, she's the only person to actually help us with the issues and put a plan of action in order and keeping us up to date! From me Chloe and the kids, thankyou Natalie.

I had a viewing this morning of a property on the market with BJB - the viewing agent was Paige Malik and it was a pleasure to be shown around by her. Friendly, polite and very professional in her manner - very knowledgeable about the property but any questions she couldn't answer - she got back to me promptly with the said answers. I would be more than happy to view with Paige again.
