I cannot recommend this rental. They show no respect for tenants. Our confirmed move?in date was suddenly delayed. While the house appeared clean on the surface, it was very dirty internally, and they refused to fix pre?move?in defects. Countless emails and phone calls brought no meaningful resolution. Old and broken appliances, poor hygiene, and highly unprofessional customer service.

Outstanding service from the team at Chancellors in Finchley who have overseen the sale of my late parents' home and some associated land. Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

Am looking to relocate to London for work and was introduced to a lovely young man Jack. I had a whole host of questions which he answered in a friendly ,professionally and patiently.
