Communication very poor, obviously don’t talk to one another in the office had surveyors turning up and accompanied and unknown to me that they were coming whilst the people were very kind and friendly. I feel they need to work on their communication weekly auto generated reports very good personal communication. Very very poor also found them very difficult to contact numerous phone calls with no reply.

We initially dealt with Lauren at Chancellors, as we were selling our property, but a change in circumstances meant that we could re-let the property. Lauren was brilliant and helped us whilst we were trying to evict our tenants. She then passed us over to Brooke from the lettings team once our plans changed.<br><br>Brooke has been amazing. She understood the previous issues with tenants, and was sympathetic to our anxiety in finding new tenants. She understood that we were concerned about a repeat of what had occurred previously. Brooke kept us both informed of viewings at the property, feedback received, offers that were put in. When we rejected the offers for various reasons, she trusted our judgment and continued working hard to establish new leads.<br><br>We felt that we were in safe hands throughout our entire dealings with Brooke. She is very personable, and is generally great to deal with, either by phone, email, text or in person. She clearly knows what she’s doing with lettings, she worked with both sides to ensure we were happy and we are so relieved that we waited a little longer to find the right tenant. Brooke has been excellent from start to finish, no question was too silly, and when we did have a slight hurdle towards the end, she didn’t just say there was a problem, she came with a solution and didn’t just leave it to us to deal with. I can’t say enough positive things about her involvement, professional, polite, easy to get on with and she had our trust from the outset. She didn’t promise and under-deliver, she did everything she said she would, and in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks again Brooke.

Avoid they lie at viewings tell everything is ok then when it’s time for everything to submitted they come out with a random excuse not to rent to you

Just my house went on the market, I was hospitalised for 6 weeks. Tom, my agent, was completely helpful, empathetic, professional and really fought my corner. The property has since been sold, STC, and Tom has been terrific all the way through. Communications were great regarding viewings and totally kept my situation in mind when I could not accommodate a viewing. I haven't completely yet but since the sae, Tom has kept me informed of the progress of the sale. Thank you Tom, you are a real asset to Chancellors.

Katie Edmond’s was outstanding from start to finish with helping us find the right home that fitted us best. She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential.
Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way.
She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord.
We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent .
I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie.
