Overall we had a great experience with Chancellors estate agent. After the initial viewing we went back 3 times to measure up and make plans, spending a considerable amount of time at the property, this was never a problem for them. They answered all our questions and liaised with the sellers to get any problems sorted.

Beth has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She found my tenant quickly and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable.
What really stands out is how supportive she’s been beyond just the initial letting. The tenancy hasn’t been straightforward and she’s been incredibly supportive throughout what has been a really challenging situation. She’s consistently been the only person I’ve been able to rely on when things have come up, especially in urgent situations. Just knowing I can reach her and get a clear, helpful response has made a huge difference.
She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting things sorted properly. That level of consistency and reassurance is rare and it really hasn’t gone unnoticed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She’s been a real asset throughout.

We sold our property with Chancellor's recently and I must say the service from start to finish was exceptional. Rob gave us confidence in the sale from our first meeting for the valuation. He had very clear ideas on how to promote the property and what it was worth. We took a chance with Rob's suggested asking price that was significantly higher than quoted by other agents, and after a very quick launch to market and an open house the following week, we had multiple asking price offers and accepted an offer above the asking price, which was all the evidence we needed that we chose the right agent. Throughout the process, we were kept updated by Naomi and the office team, who did everything to make an ordinarily stressful time almost stress free. The service from everyone was outstanding and I would recommend the team to anyone looking to sell or buy.

I had great experience with Chancellors. Sales agent was well experienced to deal with the customers. Handled viewings efficiently, provided completed information of property and answers all queries patiently and approachable at any time. As a first time buyer got very good support from Chancellors.

Satvinder was very helpful in trying to get viewers to buy my property. He communicated well and kept me informed. Can't fault him. He found a buyer for us, unfortunately they didn't have enough deposit to secure the offer and they had to pull out. He then managed to get more viewings. The Iranian was broke out and house price fell and it became a buyer's market, unlucky for us. I think Satvinder was lovely and helpful and will be a good negotiator when provided with more training and support. I hope this review helps, as it is meant in good faith and good spirit and I am grateful for the efforts Chancellors gave.
