We recently purchased our home through Jorgia, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From our very first viewing through to sale to STC, Jorgia was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Chloe and Brett at the Chandler's Ford branch of Charters have been excellent. Their dedication to finding us a home and progressing the sale have been impressive, and I would say that they have gone above and beyond. Communication has been clear and very responsive. I would highly recommend Charters to anyone looking for a home to buy!

We recently viewed a property being sold by Charters which we loved and immediatly put an offer on, which was accepted. We are very grateful that Jorgia Tye from the Chandlers Ford branch contacted us about this property at the earliest opportunity, even before it was on Charters platform, arranged a viewing and showed us round. She was personable, friendly and very helpful, allowing us plenty of time to look around and showed a good knowledge of the local market. She contacted us again after our offer was accepted in teh face of stiff compeitition and seemed genuinely delighted for us that we had been successful. We have found other employees of Charters to be similarly helpful. We would recommend both Jorgia and Charters to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property.

After being on the market with another agent for some time without much progress, I decided to move my property over to Charters in Gosport, and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, Lewis and his team were absolutely fantastic.
Lewis was incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable about the local market. He gave clear advice on pricing and marketing, and the whole team were proactive from day one. Within just a few days of launching with Charters, we had multiple viewings booked in and strong interest in the property.
The communication throughout has been excellent, and I’ve always felt kept up to date and supported through the process. Thanks to Lewis and the team’s hard work, my property is now sold, which is something the previous agent was unable to achieve.
I can’t recommend Lewis and the Charters Gosport team highly enough, a truly professional service and a great experience from start to finish.
