The worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Pushed my move in date because they failed to clean the property in time, scheduled an inspection twice over the year I lived in my property and didn't turn up either time with no explanation. My tenancy ended on 10/03/26 and still haven't received my deposit back and it's 01/05/26.
Avoid at all costs.

I would highly recommend Charters Estate & Letting Agents in Farnham, and especially Kirstie Stone.
Almost four years ago, my family and I came to the UK from Ukraine because of the war, and finding a rental home at that time was extremely difficult. With pets, it felt almost impossible, as many agencies and landlords were not willing to consider our situation.
We mainly dealt with Kirstie, and she was incredibly kind, professional and understanding. She took the time to listen to our circumstances and helped us secure a home when we really needed stability and support.
Her help made a huge difference to our family during a very difficult period, and we have always remembered and appreciated it.
We are very grateful and would happily recommend Kirstie and Charters Farnham.

From the first meeting with Cameron I felt that this was firm I wanted to do business with. Most people would seek valuations from multiple estate agents but I decided this was not needed, Charters provided everything I needed. House moving is a stressful process and a professional and friendly estate agent makes the process easier.

Avoid. As the tenancy was ending, it transpired that they failed to transfer the check-in inventory after acquiring the previous agent over a year before—they told us by email at 5pm just as they closed for the entire Christmas period, leaving us unsure whether we could even make a deposit claim. Months later, they sent a bill. Poorly organised and unnecessarily stressful.
