Jorgia Tye from Charters Chandlers Ford is simply the best estate agent we have ever met. We have viewed a lot of houses from various companies and dealt with a couple of estate agents and Jorgia has to be the best at coming prepared when we viewed houses with her. She seemed to have studied the houses we were viewing, told us the important informations that we needed to know, and if ever there were questions that she did not have answers to, she took notes of the questions so that she could find answers for us. It has been a great experience viewing houses with Jorgia. Thank you Jorgia. ??

This is about Jorgia Tye who has been actively trying to find my next perfect home. My own house is not for sale with Jorgia, but I registered with Charters to ensure I was seeing all potential properties on the market. Jorgia is relentless in understanding what I want, what I don't want and is very enthusiastic yet authentic in her style and approach. She would not show me properties unless she really felt they had enough positives, yet encouraged me to open my eyes to opportunities. She really takes the time to understand your needs with a fine mix of a personal & professional touch.

Lily has been exceptional throughout our search for a new home in Southampton. She has been incredibly helpful in securing our new property and guiding us through the reference checks. Excellent service from start to finish!<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Charters Estate Agents in Romsey highly enough. They sold my property incredibly quickly and achieved the full asking price, with the whole process from listing to completion taking less than four months.<br><br>All of the viewings were handled smoothly, and throughout the process Tom, the manager, and especially Chloe were fantastic. I dealt with Chloe regularly and she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and kept me updated at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We were really impressed with the level of service and how efficiently everything was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone looking to sell their property, particularly in the Totton area.
