Great service from start to finish. The repair was completed quickly, even though it wasn’t urgent, and the contractor did a great job. Parris was fantastic throughout - professional, friendly, responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Charges provided as great communication throughout unfortunately we didn’t get many viewings and the feedback won’t arrive till the day later we will also unable to sell our home which was such a shame

I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.

Great experience working with this estate agent.<br>Lily has been really helpful throughout the whole process. She was friendly and always quick to get back to me. She made the whole process of finding and renting a house much easier. Would definitely recommend!
