I booked a short-term let through this agency and paid a sizeable upfront fee to arrange a furnished property with an internet connection, bed linen and towels.<br><br>When I moved in, the apartment was only partially furnished, there was no bedding or towels, and the Wi-Fi connection had not been set up. There were also several maintenance issues, including a completely blocked sink.<br><br>It took over a week, along with extensive back-and-forth communication with multiple members of the team, to get everything resolved. The whole experience was poor with the agency from start to finish and particularly disappointing given the fee I had paid for the service. They did eventually return the fee after multiple complaints.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

I have just sold my flat through Zuzanna and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.<br><br>From our very first meeting through to completion, I always felt that Zuzanna had my best interests at heart and genuinely wanted to find the right buyer for my property. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Even when there wasn’t much to update me on, I really appreciated her checking in or giving me a quick call to keep me up to speed. I am deeply disappointed with the shocking lack of professionalism, archaic billing practices, and customer service at Chestertons Westminster & Pimlico branch.<br><br>Despite the tenancy transitioning to a rolling periodic setup under the Renters' Rights Act, Chestertons insisted on charging 12 months of commission fees upfront in advance. When I rightfully challenged this pointing out that forcing an upfront 12 month payment for a month-to-month rolling contract with no guaranteed 12-month term violates fair practices their response was staggering.<br><br>Instead of acting constructively or adapting to modern legislation, the representative dismissively told me to just "issue notice to the tenant." Suggesting the eviction of a perfectly good tenant simply to avoid restructuring an exploitative, upfront fee model is an absolute disgrace and a complete breach of an agent’s duty of care.

The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.
