Nathaniel and Nicholas expertly steered the sale of my late father‘s flat. I think without their tenacity our sale may well have fallen through . Good to have them by your side in a tricky market.<br><br>Prior to this sale I’d always considered the agents prime function being the marketing but actually I realise that the negotiations following offer acceptance & being a advocate for the sale are very important<br><br>Thank you both. It was certainly a time to celebrate when the sale was eventually completed

Warning to those who want to rent their flat on their full management package. They charge for twice or three times for any service. For an engineer investigation, they charged me around £200 and their engineer gave me a false reason for my boiler issue. They charged me £85 just for a slat of a bed. These charges are exclusive of their monthly fee. I am completely disappointed.
