I booked a short-term let through this agency and paid a sizeable upfront fee to arrange a furnished property with an internet connection, bed linen and towels.<br><br>When I moved in, the apartment was only partially furnished, there was no bedding or towels, and the Wi-Fi connection had not been set up. There were also several maintenance issues, including a completely blocked sink.<br><br>It took over a week, along with extensive back-and-forth communication with multiple members of the team, to get everything resolved. The whole experience was poor with the agency from start to finish and particularly disappointing given the fee I had paid for the service. They did eventually return the fee after multiple complaints.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

I have just sold my flat through Zuzanna and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.<br><br>From our very first meeting through to completion, I always felt that Zuzanna had my best interests at heart and genuinely wanted to find the right buyer for my property. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Even when there wasn’t much to update me on, I really appreciated her checking in or giving me a quick call to keep me up to speed. Really happy with the experience I had with Chestertons in St John’s Wood. The lettings process was very quick and smooth and any questions were answered within the same day. Jack helped me with finding an awesome place. He was extremely helpful and carried the old sofa on his own from the apartment so that I could bring my own. He understood well what i needed and found a cute apartment for me.

Eva was confident with her valuation and marketing advice which led to Conor agreeing a sale quickly and efficiently in a very tough market.
