I can’t recommend Ellie from Chestertons enough! She went above and beyond to make sure we could exchange and complete on the exact date we had agreed, and I’m so grateful for all her help and dedication. She is professional, kind, always available, and very responsive throughout the whole process. She was always happy to help and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. We have just sold our flat with Chestertons, and were hugely impressed. From Zuzanna coming out to meet us initially, through to Ellie who led on our sale, they could not have done more. They were exceptionally communicative throughout, and make sure that everything got completed by all parties. From the off, both sides had firm deadlines that were challenging - and Ellie was a huge part of making sure that they got it. Thank you very much! We would highly recommend,

Niki was literally my saver! I was looking for something very specific, specific location, how the apt should look like, price. Friendly and responsive. I do feel they slightly overvalued the property which led to a suggestion to substantially drop the price, which was the only downside.
