I can’t recommend Ellie from Chestertons enough! She went above and beyond to make sure we could exchange and complete on the exact date we had agreed, and I’m so grateful for all her help and dedication. She is professional, kind, always available, and very responsive throughout the whole process. She was always happy to help and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. Thanks to her, I found my dream flat, and I couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Ellie for all her support and for going the extra mile. She is a real credit to Chestertons!

We have just sold our flat with Chestertons, and were hugely impressed. From Zuzanna coming out to meet us initially, through to Ellie who led on our sale, they could not have done more. They were exceptionally communicative throughout, and make sure that everything got completed by all parties. From the off, both sides had firm deadlines that were challenging - and Ellie was a huge part of making sure that they got it. Thank you very much! We would highly recommend,

No respect for local residents. Their car here in a disabled parking bay, without displaying a blue badge. Literally whilst local residents with a badge have to go park elsewhere!

I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress.
Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

Chesterton's staff have been helpful and courteous during several years of interactions with the team in St John's Wood, particularly Marianna and Lenka. The agency fees are not insignificant but have certainly been earned in relation to resolving a challenging tenancy.
