We had an outstanding experience working with Tom Gardiner and the lettings team at Chesterton's in Knightsbridge, London. From start to finish, Tom was absolutely exceptional. He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way.
Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

Our recent sale was a very long (3yrs) and protracted affair with one hurdle after another to overcome along the way. Throughout the process, Victoria Sotnick's help was invaluable as she went out of her way to constantly badger solicitors, buyers, estate agents and sellers (including us) to keep the whole process moving along. Her communication was exceptionally impressive as she responded to all emails/phone calls, nearly always by return, having first obtained all the information required. She is the perfect person to have on your side and I cannot recommend her more highly.

I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress.
Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
