The service provided by Darlows has been amazing, especially given the house sale was tricky at times. The service provided by Jacqueline Morgan at Darlows exceeded all my expectations, she liaised with the buyers and provided me with regular updates about where we were with the sale, she was friendly but also very professional and put my mind at rest on so many occasions. I would highly recommend Darlows in Pontypridd, thank you team.

Where should I begin with Darlows? From the moment I first saw the house to the moment I scheduled the viewing, I was thoroughly impressed. I regret that I cannot recall the name of the young lady who conducted the viewing, but she was absolutely delightful. She encouraged me to make an offer if I was interested, and I was then introduced to Holly. Holly was a truly lovely individual, calm and patient, and she effectively conveyed my message to the vendor. Once my offer was accepted, I was connected with Jackie. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful lady she is! She ensured a smooth process during what can be an anxious yet exciting time. She truly made the final stages of the entire process seamless. Honestly, the ladies at Darlows are incredibly professional and helpful. It's either that, or I'm simply a ladies' man, which I highly doubt! Credit to the team.

Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
