After several weeks of searching for a flat, we are so grateful to have found Sophie at Dexters Hampstead! She was welcoming, professional, and efficient, and helped us secure our dream flat within 2 days of walking into the office. Brenon was also extremely helpful through the process, and both of them made us feel like the whole team was invested in our search. It's been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately.
With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through.
Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market.
These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
