WeI had a very positive experience with Borna. We had a few viewings together, and he was always friendly, professional, and approachable. Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately.
With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through.
Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market.
These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
