In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

I have had such an amazing experience with Dexters, especially Borna who is truly such a fantastic agent! He really learns and remembers what is important to you in a property, which has been extremely helpful throughout my property search. Agent Tom was superb. He was friendly and professional, quick to be in contact when needed, attentive to detail and took a lot of trouble to make our experience of buying as relevant and free of fuss as possible. We could not have wanted a better experience.

We needed Dexters to find us a tenant for our flat in NewcrossmWe had a great experience working with them. They told us they would find someone to rent our flat within 3 weeks and they delivered. We were a bit nervous after week two but Emanuel Tawiah put the extra work, worked above and beyond and deliver as promised. Special mention to him on top of the rest of the team.<br>The agency was very flexible, Sam the manager listened to our concern and worked with us.<br>We do recommend the agency!

Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately.
With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through.
Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market.
These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
