After several weeks of searching for a flat, we are so grateful to have found Sophie at Dexters Hampstead! She was welcoming, professional, and efficient, and helped us secure our dream flat within 2 days of walking into the office. Brenon was also extremely helpful through the process, and both of them made us feel like the whole team was invested in our search. It's been a fantastic experience from start to finish. We've had few viewings and some very low offers.
The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours.
Disappointing and the £12,000 commission we're going to have to pay is an awful lot for what amounts to 9 viewings and a poor price!

Felicity showed us around the house and we had a really great experience. She was punctual, polite, and very professional throughout. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explained every detail clearly, which we really appreciated. She was also very kind and made the whole viewing comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!
