In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

I have had such an amazing experience with Dexters, especially Borna who is truly such a fantastic agent! Agent Tom was superb. He was friendly and professional, quick to be in contact when needed, attentive to detail and took a lot of trouble to make our experience of buying as relevant and free of fuss as possible. We could not have wanted a better experience.

We needed Dexters to find us a tenant for our flat in NewcrossmWe had a great experience working with them. They told us they would find someone to rent our flat within 3 weeks and they delivered. We were a bit nervous after week two but Emanuel Tawiah put the extra work, worked above and beyond and deliver as promised. Special mention to him on top of the rest of the team.<br>The agency was very flexible, Sam the manager listened to our concern and worked with us.<br>We do recommend the agency!

If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

Lily was absolutely fantastic. We had a difficult sale and Lily went the extra mile to get it over the line. She was communicative and personable and was a pleasure to work with. Much of the success of our house buying was done to Lily.
