Although we didn't end up with a tenancy through D&G, Ed Allen was highly proactive in helping us find a suitable place. Being highly communicative over whatsapp and informing us of best practice to help bolster our applications. Will be using D&G in the future.

We were delighted with the personal service and professional advice we received from Shash Stephens. She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!
