We had a great experience with Ellisons when recently purchasing our first property. The sale came with all the usual teething problems, however having Carlos on hand meant that we could work through everything quickly and promptly. He was always efficient in getting back to us and went the extra mile to get the sale over the line. We a really appreciated his professional and caring approach and would recommend to all.

I highly recommend Ellisons in Morden. I chose them to sell my flat because Aidan promptly responded to my email and phone calls. Once the negotiation concluded and the offer was accepted, I worked closely with Lamar, who provided excellent support. Lamar was incredibly responsive to emails and calls and always had Jennifer as backup when he was out of the office. She too provided great support in his absence. They prioritise efficiency and won’t let anything slow things down. Their promises to call back are always kept and their emails are always answered promptly. They were honest and transparent throughout the process and I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need to sell a property. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The process of selling my parents' property via Power of Attorney, at a distance of ninety miles from where I live, was made easy by the continual support of Rowan Tickner at Ellisons, Raynes Park. We only ever met once, at the start of the process, and everything else was competently carried out by email. The property was sold STC in only three days but the whole process took six months. Rowan was there every step of the way and took a huge burden of worry from my shoulders. The house was unoccupied and he organised weekly checks to satisfy insurance requirements. He gave me the name of a reliable house clearance firm and liaised with them on the 'emptying' day. He even got me meter readings on the day completion happened. I recommend him to anyone considering selling and/or buying a house. Thank you so much, Rowan.

Had a great service with the Manager Aidan to sell our home. Callum and Amanda carried out our viewings and always gave feedback immediately - lovely to speak to! We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.
