I highly recommend Ellisons in Morden. I chose them to sell my flat because Aidan promptly responded to my email and phone calls. Once the negotiation concluded and the offer was accepted, I worked closely with Lamar, who provided excellent support. Lamar was incredibly responsive to emails and calls and always had Jennifer as backup when he was out of the office. She too provided great support in his absence. They prioritise efficiency and won’t let anything slow things down. Their promises to call back are always kept and their emails are always answered promptly. They were honest and transparent throughout the process and I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need to sell a property. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I recently sold my mother’s house through Ellisons in Morden, and I cannot praise Jennifer and Aidan highly enough.
As an overseas seller, based in Sydney, I needed agents I could trust completely, especially as the sale was helping fund my mother’s care. I started looking for the right agency in April this year and was faced with a huge number of seemingly indistinguishable agencies.
From the very first moment, Ellisons stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and especially their genuine care.
Selling in the UK is very different to Australia, and the long gap between accepting an offer and exchanging contracts was incredibly stressful for me. Despite the chain only having three parties, I constantly worried it might fall apart and we’d be back to square one in the middle of winter. Jennifer and Aidan were exceptional throughout. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills were spot on, and their communication—by phone and email—was always prompt, clear, and reassuring. They kept on top of every detail, explained complex paperwork in a way that made sense, and even talked me down when my nerves got the better of me.
After a few bumps along the way, we exchanged and completed before Christmas, which was a huge relief and a fantastic outcome for everyone involved.
Selling a property from another country is daunting, but they made me feel informed, supported, and at ease from start to finish.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer, Aidan and the team at Ellison's to anyone buying or selling in the area. They are outstanding.

Viewed a property for rent in Morden with Ellisons. The property itself was very nice and we placed an offer for it but unfortunately the landlord went for a higher price. Ellisons informed me they would have another property in the same building the following week and someone would get in touch with me. A week or 2 later, I still hadn't heard anything to the point I was back at square 1, looking for other properties again. Unreliable agency. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience buying our property through Ellisons.
We saw many properties in the area with Ellisons. Many first with Zubair, and then with Karl.
Ellisons worked hard to bring to our attention properties which fitted our requirements. They didn't suggest us to view properties that didn't, and were never pushy around particular properties, or making offers etc.
They of course work for their client, the vendor. Within this, Ellisons were able to provide good answers to questions around the area, weighing up pros and cons around locations, roads, and properties, and overall provided a clear, personable and professional service.
We eventually bought our property through Ellisons. Karl was extremely clear, communicative and helpful through the process. He ensured a good line of communication between us and the vendors, sought updates when needed but was never too pushy, helped resolve issues as needed i.e. a leak in the property, and overall was very helpful in the process.
Overall we are very happy to have bought our property through Ellisons. It seems a very decent and professional outfit, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future, in terms of either buying or selling. Many thanks again to Zubair, who showed us many properties, and then to Karl, who showed us many more, and was great through the buying process.

We’ve dealt with Ellison’s for over 7 years now and we use them as they are polite, friendly, relaxed and above all else, very professional. We originally bought our house through Ellison’s and when we came to selling it, they were the obvious first choice for us.
We’ve viewed several properties over the years with Ellison’s and I really appreciate their “non-pushy” approach to selling. Karl, Hayley and George are very easy going and friendly eatate agents and I think this comes across well with potential buyers.
They handled our sale incredibly well, organising photos, floor plans and EPCs quickly and efficiently. They already had a list of potential buyers for our home, they organised 3 viewings on day 1, we had 2 offers and we sold it within 24 hours. Their fees were also very competitive when compared to other local eatate agents (I don’t include the online eatate agents as I personally don’t feel they offer the same high levels of service).
Throughout the sales process, they kept in touch with us, our buyers and our solicitors. The after sales care is just as important as the viewings in my opinion. It was all very smooth and painless.
I also have appreciated that whenever a property of interest to us has come on the market, they have given us a call to see if we want to view it. They haven’t bombarded us with properties that don’t meet our criteria.
I would very happily recommend the team at Ellison’s and their services.

I have to say Ellisons have restored our faith in estate agents! While others seem to want an auction type bidding war. (Cough cough cubit and west.. avoid like the plague) Elisions we’re fair and did a cut off of how many offers they accepted.
As first time buyers we were so happy to find a home in our desired choice of area!
Ellisons are estate agents who value families over property developers and after two offers ours was accepted.
As soon as our home was listed we rang to view and George gave us a viewing on the same day !
Not only that George kept in contact; it felt he was really rooting for us to get the property from the beginning after so much disappointment with other agents, he was always funny and kind; his customer service is top notch and we are so overwhelmingly happy with our first purchase.
We cannot thank George enough as we feel without his influence we probably wouldn’t have secured the property.

I recently bought my first house through Ellisons right at the time we were about to be put into lockdown. The great communication from the team there made the process as smooth as possible and definitely minimised the stress at an extremely stressful time. They were on hand for any enquiries and to keep the process moving at all times and went above and beyond to make sure that key handover happened safely for all parties. Spoke to a staff member in this Morden Branch and asked him if the property on the market with his Branch was ex-Council or privately Build and the staff member said it was Ex-Council build due to his knowledge & vast experience in this field, but his vast experience & knowledge was completely Useless, as he was Completely Wrong as the property in question was indeed privately Build and NOT Ex-Council! We know this as we own a similar property in the same Block of Flats .
Just Shows Complete Arrogant IDIOTS working in this Branch with no knowledge of anything and refusing to accept when they are totally Wrong & Senior Staff members writing their own Brilliant Reviews Below????? This Company must be getting really Desperate for more Customers?

Ellisons are the best estate agent I have dealt with and I have moved a few times. They actually valued my flat higher than some other companies, but they delivered on the higher value and were so dedicated. As soon as it hit the market they had lots of viewings lined up and worked really hard to get the best deal for me as quickly as possible.
