Of all the agents we had come across during the buyer and selling process, by far Darren Moore was the most professional, honest and helpful. Response time was spot on & he always strived to ensure our needs were met. I would highly recommend him as an agent!

I was previously using a different Estate Agent based in Loughborough and as we had little interest, we decided to use Riva Lily as they are local.
From the moment we walked into the office they were very professional and friendly and we also liked the quality of their marketing.
Riva Lily asked for our opinion on the service and all I can say is I’d recommend them to everyone. Service was 10 times better than what we previously had.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

I rarely give 5 stars as there's usually something lacking but Chris and his team were a joy to work with.
It was an emotional journey selling my house in many ways but Chris and his team stepped in and provided the support and advice that I needed to reach the desired outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
