We had quite a bumpy journey when moving to Thornton, but Georgia truly played the role of an angel. She helped us so much throughout the whole process. Even though the time frame was very short, the agency’s lovely and supportive staff made everything possible for us.

Iam putting my property on the selling market with Farrell & Hayworth as I know they are experts in this field.
What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property.
Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything.
She explained from selling, the use of solicitors to buying and tying up lose ends
Gemma is a real asset and exceptional addition to the Farrell & Hayworth team

There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
