We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way.
They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed.
From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations.
I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house.
Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me.
Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process.
Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra

Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase.
We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness.
We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

Jamie and Danielle have been a pleasure to deal with during the sale of our cottage - would highly recommend F&C and the photographs, drone footage and brochure were superb AND the cottage got coverage in national press too at no extra cost to us. Fantastic!
