Matt Higgins was our estate agent when we bought our place in Brighton and he was genuinely great throughout. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional conduct throughout the negotiation process. Rather than engaging in fair and traditional negotiations, the agents appeared to be focused solely on securing their commission. Communication and customer service were poor, making the entire experience frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase.
We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness.
We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

Jamie and Danielle have been a pleasure to deal with during the sale of our cottage - would highly recommend F&C and the photographs, drone footage and brochure were superb AND the cottage got coverage in national press too at no extra cost to us. Fantastic!
