Claire and Sam are a fantastic team and did a brilliant job selling our house. We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.... Read more

Disappointing experience. The approach came across as arrogant, with an inability to listen and absolutely zero preparation. There was also a poor understanding of the local area. Far below the standard we expected from Fine & Country. Turned up 20 minutes late to the appointment - no apology! Clearly didn’t want to market the house - absolutely appalling, unprofessional and rude.... Read more

I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations. I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house. Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me. Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process. Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed.
