We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way.
They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed.
From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations.
I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house.
Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me.
Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process.
Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra

Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the results achieved by Abbie and the whole team at Fine and country Monmouth. It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. She achieved a good sale in a dropping market, her advice was well structured and accurate, and delivered in a pleasant manner.

From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
