Matt Higgins was our estate agent when we bought our place in Brighton and he was genuinely great throughout. He was diligent, kept us updated without us having to chase, and it was clear he actually cared about how the purchase went for us rather than just getting the deal over the line.<br><br>Really happy we had him on our side. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional conduct throughout the negotiation process. Rather than engaging in fair and traditional negotiations, the agents appeared to be focused solely on securing their commission. Communication and customer service were poor, making the entire experience frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Lazy agents still using Covid system to make excuses of not showing people property’s for sale if yours is not on the market yet. Been told by other estate agents that any one who still uses these excuses or just plan lazy

Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.
