If we could give more stars we would! Gibbs Gillespie have been amazing from the beginning to end which was a year long process! Lucy and Kelly have been outstanding and we cannot thank them enough! Our process had nothing but complications after complications unfortunately and we can happily say that Gibbs Gillespie were the least stressful part!<br>Kelly and Lucy were reassuring, steadfast, positive, friendly, great with communication between all parties, gave regular updates via email/phonecall at the end of the day and were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie for the great team and our reasons above. ?????? Thank you!

From our first meeting with Branch Manager, Tony Brick, we knew we were in good hands with Gibbs Gillespie. Importantly, they listened to what we told them about the property and incorporated that very well into their marketing. They were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the sales process, both proactive and reactive, as well as patient, keeping us fully informed all the time. Our sale wasn't straightforward but, despite that, it was very well managed by Tony and his able team. I would certainly recommend GG and use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

The agent who answered my call, didn't really sound very interested. Plus he made me spend less time with my lovely man Anders.... instead having to spend my time engaging with someone who did not value my time.<br><br>Disappointing...

We would like to extend our sincere thanks, particularly to Matt B, as well as the team in Ruislip Manor, for their excellent service in selling our home in what proved to be a challenging market.<br><br>Matt was efficient, proactive, consistently helpful, and highly responsive throughout. His enthusiasm, combined with a realistic and optimistic approach, gave us confidence at every stage. He provided clear guidance on pricing adjustments, which ultimately helped secure the sale.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and no question ever felt too small.<br><br>We would also like to thank Mahnoor, then new Move Manager, who joined partway through the process. She was extremely supportive in progressing matters and achieving exchange and completion.<br><br>Overall, we are very grateful for the professionalism and dedication shown by the whole team.

The Northwood branch have been great during the process of looking for a new rental. In particular, Aimee at the branch was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My experience with a staff member at the Pinner branch was awful, very rude and impolite whereas Aimee made the process easy and was very polite, answering any queries we had. Thank you
