I recently began a tenancy for a flat in Gerrards Cross through Gibbs Gillespie, and they were fantastic to work with. Jekaterina especially was incredibly on-the-ball and always quick to get back to me on all of my many queries as a first time renter. Jekaterina also helped me to negotiate with the landlord for a fixture to be added to the flat before my move-in date. It was very nice to have a team of qualified letting agents in your corner during the whole process.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of response from this agency. It has now been over a month since we first reported that our property does not have a functioning toilet, and despite calling every day, no one has properly responded or taken action to resolve the issue.
This is a basic and urgent matter that should never be left unresolved for this long. Who is actually responsible for following up and fixing problems like this? The lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating and, honestly, very discouraging. I hope this is addressed immediately.

In 2019, I purchased a flat through this agency and the service was amazing professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive. That positive experience is the reason I returned.
Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process.
Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. It’s very disappointing to see such a drastic decline in service compared to my previous experience
