Dealing with Kerry and her very efficient team was a pleasure. I feel they got a very good deal on our property which was at the asking price. Communication and liaison with me, the buyers and the solicitors was excellent. I would highly recommend Goodfellows, Stonecot Hill.

Omar and the Goodfellows team were excellent. He handled the sale of our home in Mitcham and was basically my guide throughout the entire process of selling and buying. He offered wonderful advice every step of the way, even helping us with our onward purchase, and was a true master at holding the chain together and getting things done. I highly recommend them and in my opinion there by far the best agent in the area.

We couldn’t be more thankful to Robbie with the Carshalton for all her help during our search for a new home. She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell .
However ,my real issue was lack of communication .
A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed .
The photos of house were great mind you !
