I had a very disappointing experience with this property agent. I was initially informed that I had successfully passed the referencing process, but shortly afterwards I was told that my application had been rejected without any explanation. Despite asking for clarification, no clear reason was provided, which felt unprofessional and lacking in transparency. In addition, the return of my holding deposit was not handled promptly. Overall, the communication and process were very frustrating, and I expected a much higher standard of service.

Ignored my email request for a viewing.<br><br>Spammed me with unsuitable properties.<br><br>Randomly asked me if I wanted to let my house.<br><br>Went to view a house through them, agent didn't turn up, didn't answer the phone and didn't tell me the house was off the market (as I subsequently found out via Rightmove).<br><br>Clowns.
