Really pleased with the service I received from Haybrook throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>Emily was fantastic at the beginning of the process, getting everything set up, taking the photos and getting the property listed. She made the whole process of getting started really straightforward.<br><br>Karen was equally brilliant throughout the sale, keeping me updated, answering any questions and helping keep things moving along.<br><br>There were a few challenges along the way, but the team were always friendly, professional and helpful.<br><br>A big thank you to Emily, Karen and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Haybrook to anyone looking to sell their property!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Haybrook enough! From the very beginning, they were so helpful and supportive throughout our house search.<br><br>A special thank you to Fynn, who went above and beyond for us. He always tried his best to fit us in for viewings, regularly called to see how we were getting on and whether we had found anywhere, and would always send us properties that matched exactly what we were looking for.<br><br>We have now found our house, unfortunately not through Haybrook, but we still wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you for everything they did for us throughout our search. The communication, effort and personal touch made such a difference.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team, and especially Fynn, for all your help. Excellent from start to finish in helping me sell our property. The entire team are very attentive throughout the entire process to keep things progress and were incredibly friendly.<br><br>Thank you in particular to Emily throughout the valuation and listing process - she was absolutely the reason I chose to list with Haybrooks.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Fynn who became the best point of contact throughout the viewing and then sale process. He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

Haybrooks have been an absolute delight to work with selling my property and a purchase as well. They constantly went above and beyond. I dealt with Emily mainly and if everyone’s attitude and customer service was equal to hers we’d be in a much better place, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.
