I have had an extremely good experience with Haybrook. Beginning with the valuation, and advertising, Simon Riley was prompt in starting the advertising process when I gave him the go ahead, very quick with taking photos, and creating floor plans, and really on the ball with getting the brochures and advert onto Rightmove. It all happened so quickly and effectively. Viewing was very quickly organised, and efficient, and I had final offers within five days of the first viewing. LolaMarsden, then took over the rest of the process of dealing with the solicitors and people in the chain, which was, fortunately short. As my contact during the process, Lola was very efficient and effective in keeping me informed of any issues, and chased other estate agents in the chain, to ensure the process went smoothly. If I had to ring Haybrook, Lola was the person who answered, and processed my questions, not a receptionist who had to connect me with some one who could deal With me. I felt that the structure of the organisation was very enabling and professional. They certainly earned the fees. I would clearly recommend Haybrook.... Read more
