They have been there whenever I’ve needed them, multiple emails and calls a day. They’ve stayed in constant contact. They’ve pushed solicitors when they have been unacceptably slow. They did everything they could to reassure me even when things went wrong with solicitors which were out of their hands. I’ll be in my house within 4.5 months of originally offering which is quick in today’s market! I can assure anyone who is looking to buy a house with Haybrook, you won’t get a nicer group of girls supporting you. They have been incredible even when I’ve been stressing. They advertised a house on Barkby Road in Wincobank, which had a defective title due to a missing leasehold title. I then found out the seller had divided the land at the side and rear as they lived on the adjoining road (which the seller kindly never informed me).
Haybrook Chapeltown then had the audacity to call me when they relisted the property apparently after the seller sorted the title issue (I bought my house at this point).
Looking on Rightmove seems like some poor soul has agreed to purchase this property as it's now showing as sold STC hopefully their solicitors carry out due diligence.
£1,100 spent on a survey and solicitor fees but a bullet dodged gladly nonetheless.

The service was excellent. The staff were very courteous, professional and kind. They did all the work for us, the viewings and the feedback was good. Communication excellent. I'm vulnerable with an underlining condition and the staff made sure that everyone was wearing masks and sanitizer wipes were used.
All in all good quality and value. Very pleased indeed.

In order to limit the viewing as per their claims because of high interest they want the agreement in principle and proof of deposits before you even seeing the property. This is just bad faith. I enquired over the phone on 2 properties in Sheffield which I liked and they refused the viewing because of this details on which I didn’t found myself comfortable to give prior seeing the house. It’s not only them losing business it’s more their customers losing it as the viewings are more limited. Although I’ve told them that I have a big budget and I have a large deposit they didn’t budge. I find this situation quite sad. Happily to report that I bought a house in the meantime. This was the only agent in Sheffield who requested this…

Right from the very start Becky did everything she could to help sell our property. After a shaky start with the house market, drop outs and having to change our future purchase 3 times, Becky made sure that she did everything she could to help keep our current buyers.
