I highly recommend Marcus as an estate agent, he truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience smooth and stress-free.
His hardworking ethic shone through from the start; he was always responsive and flexible, adjusting to my busy schedule without hesitation.
When Lewis called in sick for our first house viewing it was Marcus who stepped in seamlessly (albeit a tad late) and handled everything with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Then again on our second viewing, when it somehow slipped through the cracks and wasn't in anyone's diary (Lewis seemed to have taken my phone call but not put me in the diary while he went on Holiday),
I had to call the office minutes before closing and again Marcus rushed over at short notice to ensure we didn't miss out. I'm especially grateful that he stayed well beyond his shift end to answer all our questions and walk us through the details.
As a person with a history in House Sales and working in an Estate Agents many moons ago, I really hope Marcus continues to give 110% with all of his clients and this review paves the way for him to stand head and shoulders above the rest!
Thanks to Marcus's dedication, we found our perfect home. If you're looking for an agent who puts clients first, he's the one!

We approach Hilbery Chaplin Laindon for a property to buy. From the day one they were so helpfull. Every time we go to their office in Laindon they were so welcoming. Each of the buying process we are going they were so helpfull. Can truelly recomed this estate agent for all the housing needs.
