The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.

We recently sold and purchased a house through Homes Estate Agents, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.

I’m very happy with the support and work from the team at Homes Estate Agents in Petersfield throughout the sale of my property. Thomas (who is now at Alton) was great at getting everything started, and Karen Goodman and Tina Withing did an excellent job progressing the sale and keeping things on track, especially Tina. I’d happily recommend them.

We bought a house through Homes and found their staff were helpful, professional and extremely reliable. Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.

It has been nine years since I sold a house and I had no hesitation in calling Charlie for his help. Once again, he and his team delivered a best in class service, achieving the asking price and ensuring the sale went through smoothly. Tanya and Tina were exceptionally helpful.
