I can't recommend the team at Homes in Alton highly enough. Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!<br><br>Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!

Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????

A big thankyou to Lisa Oakley especially and Amy, Harry & Ross at Homes for our successful move to Lindford! They are extremely professional and efficient. Great communication throughout the whole process from the start to moving in. They chased solicitors when necessary & got us over the line to start the next new chapter in our lives. We cannot thank them enough, what a lovely team! We highly recommend purchasing or selling with Homes!

We sold our house at what felt like a difficult time in the market and were really pleased with the service throughout. The team were helpful and professional, and Lisa in particular did a great job of keeping the sales process moving and everyone updated along the way. Would happily recommend.

I have just completed the sale of my property with Homes and they were fantastic from start to finnish. I had excellent feedback from Amy after every viewing, and Lisa kept me up to date every step of the way from the initial offer being accepted, to final completion.<br><br>I cannot recommend Homes highly enough.
