If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier.
Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving.
She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away.
We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and can’t thank her enough. Carol, if you get to read this I’d like you to know you are a superstar!!

Great to work with! I just purchased a property through these guys and they have been so helpful and accommodating for every part of the sale even with issues that are from other aspects and departments in the purchase process. Carol in particular has been on hand at all times! some times even answering her phone out of work hours to ensure that I am not stressed and overwhelmed. CAROL MATHER you truely are the GOAT thanks again. Highly recommended.

My own sale was very protracted and I was keen not to lose the house I wanted to buy through Intercounty. The staff did a great job of keeping the vendors informed about the reasons for the delay in my sale and ensured they stuck with me. Calls and queries were always answered promptly. Excellent service all round.

The team were very helpful throughout the process. From valuation to completion we have no complaints it all went very smoothly.
When Inter County valued our house Daniel was very enthusiastic and took his time getting to know us which gave us great confidence unlike another local agent who appeared to be more interested in selling our property under market value in order to get a quick sale.

I am not one given to writing reviews good or bad, but felt I had to take few moments to express my gratitude to Intercounty Saffron Walden & in particular, Karen Johnson. We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. I wouldn't hesitate in using this agency for any further selling/ purchasing, or letting needs.
