I recently sold a property using Intercounty Great Dunmow. From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

Intercounty had sold us our house many years ago and we remember being impressed with them, so we thought we would go with them again to sell our house this time around, and we were so glad we did.<br>Communication was excellent throughout, from Dan introducing us to the process, valuing the house and taking into account our priorities, to Annabel and Poppy showing it, and finally to Hayley to seeing it through.<br>We felt Intercounty got the price just right, and though there is always some luck involved with timing with property, we received an offer very quickly. Even if we hadn't, we were made aware of a very clear marketing strategy from the very beginning.<br>The whole process was seamless, Intercounty were great to deal with. Thoroughly recommend!

I cannot fault InterCounty- they’ve been fantastic all the way through! Ashley and colleagues showed a number of people round my inherited and much-loved house and found the right people for it. Abby took over and nursed the sale through to a happy conclusion.<br>I was traumatised by a private sale that fell through at the last minute and I was enormously grateful for their care and consideration.<br>Very well done InterCounty staff!

In a difficult market Intercounty succeeded where the previous agent didn't. Very patient and helpful and kept in touch throughout. Would recommend. Big thanks to Ashley who also advised me on how to improve the property without spending too much Maggie

Great service from all our contacts at Intercounty Dunmow from the beginning. Everyone worked so hard and sold our property very quickly. Liaison between solicitors and keeping things moving was so helpful with regular updates as to what was happening. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
