I have had two properties marketed with Jackson-Stops, and my point of contact has always been Harry in the Pimlico office. Harry has run the Pimlico office for many years and knows everything there is to know about the local area, which has always given me great confidence.
I recently sold my house through Jackson-Stops, and both Harry and Johnny Heslop looked after me brilliantly throughout the process. Johnny Hyslop dealt with the sale and was absolutely wonderful, amenable, helpful, professional and always available to answer the phone or come back to me quickly.
He guided me through any questions, queries and detailed forms that needed completing, and made the whole process feel much easier and more manageable. I really felt supported from start to finish.
I can’t recommend Johnny highly enough, and I’m so pleased I sold my property through Jackson-Stops. They are a lovely local estate agency with excellent knowledge of Pimlico, and I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to both Johnny and Harry for being so brilliant.

We recently bought a house through Jackson Stopps in Chipping Campden. Rupert and his team were helpful, courteous and friendly throughout the process.
At no point did we feel hassled or harassed and we can thoroughly them to buyers or sellers.

Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor.
We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable.
We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

Brian and team were so professional but at the same time very helpful and friendly , really put me at ease as i worked through selling our house. They guided us through the sale.
Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning .
