Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way.
We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful.
The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with.
Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

The whole experience was a nightmare but no fault of the Estate Agents just added difficulty with bad communication with the solicitors and the property being a lease hold<br>Took ages to complete<br>Staff in office very patient and helpful

We had an excellent experience with Jackson-Stops, and particularly with Ro Diaper, while we were buying our new house. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
